The History of Hope

The word “Hope” holds so much meaning. For us, we hope that every student can get a fair, personalized education and receive the therapeutic assistance they require. We hope to dismantle the roadblocks that the education system has set up for autistic students, and we hope that you share our vision of equitable schooling for all children.

Hope has a personal connection to us as well. The name of our CEO, Asha Persaud, means “Hope” in Arabic. Thus, Hope is not merely an abstract idea to us, it’s a meaningful reminder of where we came from and what we want to accomplish.

My son received speech therapy here and continues to grow his speech and language because of Hope! The therapy they provide is incredible and goes above and beyond the needs of the child.

We absolutely love the Hope Learning Center and Hope Academy! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff! Our son has come so far so quickly with everything, from communicating, life skills, behaviors and academics! The staff truly has every child's best interest at heart! We have no doubt that our son will meet his full potential!
